Career Transition Workshops for Moms

Series 1: “Reinventing Your Career Self: Exploring Career Possibilities”
Over four sessions, a small group of moms seeking career transition will work through a progression of exercises to explore compelling and detailed possibilities for new career paths. Artfully facilitated to create a warm, supportive and positive atmosphere, workshop participants explore their backgrounds and potential, reach certainty and resonance about career vision, and begin to build a plan that is exciting and motivating.

Series 2: “What’s Standing in My Way? Creative Strategies for Career Success”
In this four-session continuation workshop, participants identify any conflicting thoughts and beliefs that are obstacles to pursuing career goals. They develop strategies to overcome barriers to success, and take advantage of the supportive group dynamic to test their choices. Participants set detailed next steps and gain momentum for achieving career goals.

Critique your resume through the eyes of a veteran hiring manager. Then, take advantage of peer review in a supportive setting.

Online Social Networking and Your Career Search
Participants will learn to leverage LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter in their career searches. Session is appropriate for both beginners and experienced users of these social networking media.

Life Success Workshop

This four-session workshop series is designed for women who wish to examine the twelve areas that represent all aspects of their lives in order to create a plan for more intentional living. Participants will work step-by-step through insightful exercises that yield a clear view of what it takes to get to the next level and set a course for reaching it. Results are extraordinary. Participation in the Career Transition Workshops is helpful but not essential as we examine where Career fits into the rest of the life equation.
